Our 2020 Walleye Tourney Champions are….

A phenomenal year in the books this year, thank you so much to all anglers, volunteers, sponsors and supporters. There’s so much to be proud with this event (strategic collaboration with city officials to make it possible and safe to continue, our final year of the Catch and Release format, a Guinness World Record qualifying tournament, 40th anniversary of event, and so much more). We said this year was for the anglers, and we hope our appreciation for you all came through in the way of putting on an unforgettable and fun event. We could not do it without you or any of the other #OSFC – #BOB supporters!

Congrats are in order for all teams who qualified for prizes, especially our FIRST PLACE team – Joe Pausha and Eric Palmquist who earned themselves $20,000 and the bragging rights for one hell of an event! Their 2-day weight was 30.61 #.

Check out the complete list of prize winners here, and the final standings here.

THANK YOU – THANK YOU -THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this event possible. We appreciate your hard work, generosity and support more than you know!

Stay tuned for dedication award winners and event pictures – but as always, if you have memories you’d like to share, please just share to our Facebook page @OtterStreetFishingClub and tag us!

Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there; enjoy yourselves.

SATURDAY STANDINGS!

Day 1 standings here. A good day on the water, minus some attitude from Mother Nature. Congrats to Hunter and Gary Will for leading after the first day. We hope you enjoyed watching LIVE with the Head2Head stream and we’re looking forward to another great day tomorrow. Looks like the weather should be nicer. A good day to win $20,000, don’t you think?!

…and we’re officially FULL (again)!

We quickly filled the last minute spot and as a result, we’re back to 375 and ready to rock n’ roll. Here is the final updated Team Roster for this year’s event.  Happy fishing and Happy early Father’s Day to all of those amazing dads; especially those that are fishing the tournament!!

Check out the tournament roster HERE.

**Unfortunately one team had to withdraw from the tournament, which means we have ONE and only ONE spot left. Download the application here, and reach out directly to Tournament Directors Jim Erdman at 920.379.9052 or Glenn Curran at 920.410.0313 to snag that last spot. It will go quickly.

Good luck to ALL anglers this weekend!!

Walleye Tourney Updates – Prize List, Flights, etc.

The week has finally arrived – we are only 3 days out from our record-shattering #OtterStreet – #BattleOnBago Summer Edition Walleye Tournament. We. Are. Jacked.

  • For a full prize list for our 2020 event, click here.
  • Full team rosters will be posted in the next day or so! Be sure to subscribe to our blog and follow us on Facebook for the most current updates.
  • Anglers: find flight take off and return times below.

OSFC Flight Times

Anglers, volunteers and participants – please remember the following changes will be implemented to adhere to best practice guidelines put forth by our Tournament Directors, the City of Oshkosh officials, Chief of Oshkosh Police and Chief of Oshkosh Fire Dept. We are looking forward to holding a fun, memorable and most importantly SAFE event for all participants, volunteers and spectators.

  • We will hold 2 rules meetings instead of one (at 3pm and 6pm) and we recommend only one team member attend — Rules meeting is down at the park where you register.
  • We have stretched out registration time from noon to 6pm instead of 2pm -6pm as originally planned
  • We extended return flight times
  • We will not be selling alcohol; we do not want to encourage any groups of people gathering in confined areas
  • We will be serving food that is pre-packaged only (subs)
  • We will be doing many live-streams so you can still partake in the excitement of the tournament without you needing to physically be at the park spectating.
  • We will have hand sanitizer at the event and be strongly recommending all social distancing guidelines

Lastly – thank you so much to all of our generous sponsors, hard working volunteers, and loyal anglers….we couldn’t hold this event without your support!
